~finally over: The trick is getting past the computers. It took me forever, and I was close to driving to a Wal-mart thru heavy traffic to do it. I tried every combination possible, and finally got thru by hitting the codes for "add a new line", this too they try to automate, and go into phone types. I waited them all out and finally it went to an agent. The agent of course was ready to make a sale, but haha, I was there to cancel! I will say the agent (Clearly in the Philippines) was great. Helpful, clear english, good demeanor. So at least they're using a good outsource provider for that. Otherwise - with Straight Talk, you get what you pay for.

~finally over: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~finally over: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Straight Talk's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~finally over: For that I would say two out of five.
