~sarah: *nd day with no heating*hot water*cooker for a hot meal! have * children here freezing with me, have been told to stay in and wait for a ** hr period which is ridiculous! Ive missed a days work waiting in and they STILL haven't showed up. Had previous boiler here for **yrs and NO problems, T Brown fitted a new one and had nothing but problems! Radiators stop working all the time, radiators all click and noisy, can't turn radiator thermostats down so heating bills are much higher and now my 'new boiler' has completely stopped working and i am freezing. Rubbish customer service and engineers clearly not up to the job. AVOID!!
