~FTClown: The LB I go to is in Miami, FL near a movie theater here in Kendall (&* ***ave), the service is great for the most part and the goods in store are set. But my girl and I go here all the time and your recent change of layout has caused serious discomfort. No chairs? No Benches? I actually saw * women leave the store without buying anything because they did not have a bench to wait on or to try on shoes. You guys are losing customers with this horrible layout (also the store looks empty now. To much open space means image of bigger store but image of less product)
