~Terrible Service: Their support line is five attempts to redirect you to some lottery scam, and if you do avoid it all then the line answers "Hang up now. Hang up now" followed by loud static noise until you hang up. It's beyond horrible, its probably illegal.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting iFit. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a iFit problem?
~Terrible Service: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Terrible Service: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about iFit's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Terrible Service: For that I would say one out of five.
