GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-m: no stars!!!!!!!! sent back * items sentme wrong sizes paid **.** shpping to send back they refunded part of one item.kept asking about other three they couldn't find them spent a week emailing tracing numbers. mysterious missing clothes came home from work they were on my front porch!!!!!! they sent them back said they would not be honoring a refund i just wanted right size.they were not resellable.!!!!that's what they sold me!!!!!!!!!!!!! been a really good customer over the years no more torrid hello city chic!!!! expensive lesson first time i wanted an exchange don't waste your money.bad business there size charts are not reliable . ordered size ** got a **. blouses were huge and not cheap!!! rate torrid not even a star!!!!!!!!!!!! but apparently you have to put one to submit.
