~misskitty: Bought a phone for my father so he would have it for emergencies. Made a call on it to show him how it works. Two months latter he needed it and it would not allow him to call out. Called the customer service and could not understand them. Spent ** min to give them my name, number and name of store I purchases it form. I was required to fax over a copy of all my receipts along with a copy of the original packaging. I have everything except he original packaging for the phone. Now I am out to lunch. Don't waste your money!
