GetHuman-106397: I bought a TracFone at TARGET @ Sioux City I couldn't get it activated through customer support. They said they would send me a different phone and asked me to return the one I purchased at Target. They sent a pre paid envelope for me to do this. The phone I purchased was $**.** and the one I rec'd back from TracFone was the cheapest model. In fact I saw the very same phone at a gas station for $*.**, I feel ripped off and can't get any help as no one speaks good English. TracFone you ****!!!
