~lighttheme: I call today trying to find out why my refund has not making back to my credit card, they change me twice on May **, ****. I spoke to Michael ID * ***** he is a supervisor, with and accent in Philippines, he was unable to resolve my problem, that is going on front May ****. He transfer me to a Manager that speak with more strong accent (I ask him ** times to repeat his Name and I still cant understand his name) I think he said Das Mark, with ID ****** he told me because has passed ** days they can't return my money ($**.**) I explain to him I been requesting to return my money to my credit card for the last * Months. Finally I request the phone number of the corporation, I spoke with someone in Florida with good English, Michelle ID ***** understood my concern she is working on my refund at this point. But I still need to call back in ** hours after been in the phone today for the last * hours. and waiting for more them ** minutes to get someone on the phone.
