~Tl517: My daughter accidentally locked her phone and it was asking for the "puk" number. So I call all of these numbers for tech support and keep getting the same message. Transaction being processed for this phone please wait ** minutes and call back. I was never given an option to ask a question... And how the he&@ can I call back with a LOCKED phone. I HATE talking to stupid computer automated phone systems. You NEED an option and a live tech available for just these times. The phone service is great, but the CUSTOMER service su&)s !!!
