~not happy: Purchased a new phone - ported number - browser does not work. Contacted thru chat - was told it was network congestion. Waited a week, still not working - was on phone * hours last night with a tech who had me turning phone on and off. I want a replacement. Say I have to call back and exhaust all troubleshooting before they will replace a ** sum dollar phone. Sounds like i am talking to a parrot, they just keep repeating the smae stuff over and over
