~Troubled PA customer: Finally reached a human being, Dinah was both helpful and courteous. More problems than enough with this new phone and now a new sim card is required with a *-* day wait. This phone was for my husband a former stroke victim who needs to have a phone with him at all times. Hopefully he soon will, despite * miserable days of NO HELP recorded messages.
