~Linda: I had tried to add air time on computer as well as the phone and it just could not be done. Finally found this number to call. Girl was difficult to understand as well as so much background noise made it difficult to even hear her.(found out she was in Belize). All my information to her had to be repeated numerous times because when she repeated it back it was WRONG and I had to YELL for the entire conversation. All the time I've used my tracfone NEVER EVER had so much trouble getting air time. Also tracfone sent savings coupon with promo code. When I asked the girl if it would make a difference in the cost she said NO. What is the purpose then of having "savings" coupons? This company seems to have gotten worse since I first got my phone. Why is everything answered by machine and when you get a human they can't communicate??????? Please make some changes and go back to the way you use to provide SERVICE. Thank you
