GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Trendnet customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~cassio3: Routers and network adapters are extremely complicated devices if you didn't grow up with it -- which I did. I found the techs answered right away, after asking me which department I wanted.**They knew right where the trouble spots were after taking down model number and serial number. I was able to then plan a course of action for troubleshooting these devices. I also as luck would have it got a Squaretrade protection plan, (I don't normally), so I have a little bit of time to test these powerline adaptors.**We must remember that India has good computer science schools, as does much of the world. Just because someone has an accent doesn't mean they can't help you.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Trendnet. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Trendnet problem?
~cassio3: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~cassio3: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Trendnet's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~cassio3: For that I would say two out of five.
