~felo: I feel I was scammed in a product I purchase. The customer service was horrible to help try and fix the problem. They did not really care if I gave them my business nor cared if I returned to do business. They put you in a position to where you are stuck with an item because they dont want to have to pay for the return and if you want your money back they charge for the shipment they just sent you even when it was free. They are rude and have no skills to customer service. I am very disgusted with how I was treated and will I will make sure to let others know.
