GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's TurboTax customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-maureend: I used TT in ****. The program self audited several times and claimed it was accurate . I received
GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/22/17?
GetHuman-maureend: a very large return which was promptly deposited in my acct. It was innaccurate. A CPA reviewed my return and found an error. TT had checked that page as clear. I fortunately had not spent most of the refund but did have to notify IRS and re pay most of the refund in a very short amt of time. I am informed i am now an Audit risk.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting TurboTax. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a TurboTax problem?
GetHuman-maureend: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-maureend: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about TurboTax's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-maureend: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other TurboTax customers?
GetHuman-maureend: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for TurboTax to know who you are.
