~Anonymous: A very nice and knowledgeable lady named Patricia (U.S.based) handled my question on e-file and bank charges in just a few minutes after getting into my tax file. This is after talking with two different men in another country for a total of ** minutes and they couldn't give me an answer after going through a couple time consuming procedures on my computer that had nothing to do with a solution or real answer. Was ready to use another tax software next year, but Patricia saved the day.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting TurboTax. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a TurboTax problem?
~Anonymous: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Anonymous: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about TurboTax's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Anonymous: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other TurboTax customers?
~Anonymous: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for TurboTax to know who you are.
