~pissed at UGG: I used the 888-432-8530 number I found for on the GetHuman customer phone number page I was on: Customer Service Phone Number

~pissed at UGG: Third attempt in so many days with the most recent being the worst. Waited nearly ** min, (waited over an hour and gave up last time) I gave the rep my order number, was immediatley put on hold because 'Sheniqua' had to "research" my order? Waited for another *-* min before the line suddenly disconnected!! I can see why so many U.S. companies outsource their customer service call centers Overseas. I for one, would much rather deal with the minor frustration of trying to decipher what is being said due to a CS rep's thick accent any day. Opposed to having to put up with some lazy, incompetent, gum smacking Sheniqua type ***** who is "working" in the Ugg Australia call center. Truly an disgraceful!

~pissed at UGG: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~pissed at UGG: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~pissed at UGG: For that I would say three out of five.

~pissed at UGG: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for to know who you are.
