~Ticked off: Got totally ripped off! They charged me one price. When I returned duplicate items, they gave me less than I paid and said something about points. Then they deducted $**.** off my earned rewards, I only received $**.** for about $**.** worth of products. "Heather" at customer service talked over me and was nasty and rude. I will make sure that everyone I know quits shopping at Ulta. I am also calling my local news. Bad publicity is even too good for them! Ughhh.
