~Typingdh74: I ordered an item on line and used my $**.** rewards points...now that the item needs to be returned they will not give me back my $**.** so that I can use it on the item I want in exchange....I just loose my $**.**! Nothing they can do! What a crock! Give me it on a stir credit or something.....way to make money if you cheat your customers!,,,not only that but if I want to talk to a manager I have to wait for one to call back sometime within the next ** hours...great (not) customer service!
