~jrouse: I ordered products that involved buy * get * free and after order was placed they send me an e-mail saying that some of the items were out of stock and have shipped what they did have in stock. The * items that were out of stock were * of my free items. They didn't offer me the option to select * other free items nor did they adjust the price in any way. Had to Google for this number, called it and the customer service rep said all she could do was send me a $** gift card and that was the max which was fine because that's all the products were worth anyway.
