~BenM: I just called US Airways to change a flight. Computer says "We're sorry, due to travel conditions, we're too busy to help you. Keep trying to call us back, or use the website. Bye", then computer hung-up on me. Website can't help me. Wonder how many customer service people they could have on hand if they made executive pay, bonuses, stock-options and perks less obscene. There are some bad weather days during winter, so have backup crew available to handle more calls. HaHa. Never happen.

~BenM: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~BenM: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about US Airways's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~BenM: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other US Airways customers?
