~disgustedtraveler: Last night we waited on the phone for hours (tried both numbers, even!) before reaching an agent, who was pleasant enough. But he said he'd rebooked us on a flight for tonight (*** day after scheduled departure) and when we went to check in, we learned that we're actually booked on a flight for TOMORROW night! Now we have been on hold for over * hours this morning and still have not gotten a response.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting US Airways. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a US Airways problem?
~disgustedtraveler: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~disgustedtraveler: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about US Airways's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~disgustedtraveler: For that I would say one out of five.
