~Jeannie: Ridiculous. My ** year old mother in law was visiting her mother for her ***th birthday. On the return home..they cancelled flight. Understand that. They rescheduled her for the entire next day. No storms now. She made it from Tampa to Philly the next day for a **:** ish arrival into Albany. I was following her flights on flight aware. There was nothing on either flight about a cancellation to Albany. She arrives....*** people in front of her and her flight to Albany is cancelled. The storm isn't until tonight. And oh by the way, I knew there was a storm coming late tonite....so if you were going to cancel.....why take her to Philly where she has NO place to go. I am still holding on the phone to talk with someone. Held for at least ** minutes earlier today. Held just now for another ** minutes and someone hung up on me. Still holding and counting. Called the "special services" number, because they were supposed to have a wheel chair for her.....Held for at least ** minutes and a recor

~Jeannie: For that I would say four out of five.
