~Amex: The first customer rep I got was so pleasant in accommodating my concern. Then I was transferred to a different representative.. I was okay with the waiting for I understand the volume of calls they're receiving. Unfortunately when I receive the call back from USCIS I got a mean fellow who keep saying the F word when he barely understand what I'm saying. I'm sorry if I don't have the fluent and good English accent. I just hope the USCIS people will bear more patience to the non American applicants.
