GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's US Postal Service (USPS) customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Anon: After waiting several different times and being disconnected right when they picked up twice. I finally filed an inquiry only to discover it was the wrong department. Upon another transfer the lady was INCREDIBLY rude and even told me I had no idea what I was talking about, then hung up on me while I was still asking her a question. This is the easily the worst experience in customer service I have ever had. It boggles the mind that this place is even allowed to operate or handle anything remotely important.
