GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's US Postal Service (USPS) customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Jack Bauer: Automated call service is going to be the death of me. The automated system is horrible, but once I was routed to an agent, following the instructions provided above, service was great. The automated system provided me useless information. I needed to open a case, which could only be done through an agent, which isn't provided with the automated service. Just terrible how they configured the system.
