GetHuman-217725: Domestic rep was very friendly but I needed to speak to someone regarding an international pkg. **I sent a pkg to Isreal back in Nov. The buyer didn't change his address on his paypal account and basically, the pkg spent * months floating around until it finally came back to me in NYC. The buyer filed a chargeback on the credit card and I need the full tracking history to show I shipped it.**For some reason, the tracking history no longer shows the full history. It just disappeared completely and now only shows the package being returned to me from New York Int'l shipping facility but no history showing it's attempted delivery to Israel. So I called the post office to get it. The rep tells me he sees the full history but cannot send a document showing it because it's "confidential". **Makes no sense. This BS is going to cost me $***
