GetHuman-337763: I LITERALLY waited on the phone TWICE on hold, once for ** minutes and once for ** minutes BOTH TIMES they hung up on me before speaking to a representative. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICES I HAVE EVER RECEIVED.**I ended up having to call my local branch, wait literally another ** minutes on hold there, and then demand I speak to a manager so that they fix the problem I need and demanded not to be transferred through that **** again. Angry voice got the job done.**Don't use USPS at all costs.
