~3hrs51minsOnHold: I was on hold * HOURS & ** MINUTES before I finally hung up because I had a doctor's appointment. I never reached anyone to ask about the missing package a customer bought from me as a Xmas present which as of today (**********) still has not arrived over * wks later & shows no tracking updates since the **th. Listening on hold to that same ad recording *** times in a row nonstop, repeated every ** seconds for nearly * hours may go down as one of the most unpleasant experiences of my life.
