GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's US Postal Service (USPS) customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-102793: The actual human beings were very helpful, knowledgable, and didn't transfer me in circles like every other phone-based support system these days loves to do. However the automated system's nearly impossible to breach defenses pretty much negates that. Sure, I WAS able to get quality help. But that was after an hour of frustration with the system and then finally finding an obscure series of button presses. And even that took me * minutes to get to work. In total it took nearly two hours to get in touch with a human being. It was ridiculous. That system is just plain inexcusable.
