GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's US Postal Service customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Jamie: Dealt with machine first. Clueless & a runaround. Had to call twice to get past machine, then typical gun-chewing, govt, can't-be-fired worker started yelling out commands: Name! Address! even before asking my problem. WAS snotty. Someone will call me back in *-* days but in case they don't- I was given a case number. Got a call in * days, but all they did was read back tracking info & tell me to wait. And if package was lost?*SOL
