~missyfromPHX: I sent a certified documen to the IRS for my father. It was not delivered and all the website says is that it has been delayed. I opened a claim and never received a call back. Called today and was given the exact same info that can be found under the tracking number on USPS webpage. The individual I spoke to said the claim would be escalated and I would receive a call back on Tuesday. Each day these idiots can't find the package is costing may father more money. So sorry that I used USPS. No wonder they are having problems staying in business. I will NEVER use them again.
