~Pissed off: It is ***. The on-line tracking system still says the package will be delivered ****. Can't talk to anyone and the auto system still says "the package is out for delivery." I can deliver a package around the world in * days on UPS!
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting US Postal Service. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a US Postal Service problem?
~Pissed off: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Pissed off: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about US Postal Service's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Pissed off: For that I would say two out of five.
