GetHuman-408161: Understanding the problem and good communicaiton doesn't necessarily mean good results. The computer site wouldn't accept correct resume date. A live person accepted the correct date. I didn't get my paper. The wrong date was still in the system. I missed the Sunday paper that's delivered on Sat. I was assured it would be added to the Sunday delivery. It wasn't.

GetHuman-408161: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

GetHuman-408161: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
