GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's United Airlines customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~RobertDed: I called the number and was connected to "someone after about ** minutes" I could only understand every *rd or *th word that the agent said. I asked to speak with a supervisor and have been on hold for ** minutes and ** seconds. Even after waiting, I am not certain that the language issue will be any better. Perhaps United is hoping that people give up and disconnect. I am normally pretty good when communicating with customer reps from out of country but this is the worst yet. I would love to find someone who speaks English. It has now been ** minutes and ** seconds on hold for a supervisor and still waiting.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting United Airlines. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a United Airlines problem?
~RobertDed: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~RobertDed: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about United Airlines's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~RobertDed: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other United Airlines customers?
~RobertDed: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for United Airlines to know who you are.
