GetHuman-247829: I will never fly united again nor will anyone else I tell about our rotten trip.The flight from SLC was bliss everyone was excellent.Huston to Monroe LA was terrible.*hrs on the plane then we deplaned.*hrs wait in the airport.Rented a car at **pm to drivea to Monroe after changing flights and going to Shreveport.No luggage for * days almost *hours wasted today trying to get the form to give feedback.United doesn't care about customer service or it's customers and all you get is agents in the Phillipines who refuse to transfer you to the US.I traveled in the USA I wanted to speak to someone in the USA.Get the message United?* of us had a rotten experience and then you add to it by making me leave messages.
