~Not Happy: Overall, I am unsatisfied with the fact that there is a charge by United for a duplicate flight receipt, and to add insult to injury, I have to wait ** to ** business days to get an email with the receipt copy ! For that alone, I would give a negative number, but the system will only allow for positive integers !

~Not Happy: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Not Happy: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.

~Not Happy: For that I would say four out of five.
