~lke2try: Unless you are beyond desperate for cellphone service go somewhere else. I know the plans are cheap for calling and roaming in Mexico but the customer service is a joke. I have had cellphone service since **** and have seen some horrible customer service but without a doubt this company is towards the top of the list of bad. Everyone you talk to is a "supervisor" they refuse to transfer you to a manager. Pay a few dollars and go with another provider as this company can not get their act together and most months when your plan restarts something goes wrong.
