~sk: I called to schedule a technician viisit for a problem that was not solved by the previous technician. It took * hr and * transfers to schedule an appointment for the next day. On the day of the appointment, the technician did not come by noon time according to the time frame given, and the automated system kept giving later times in the day and then verizon dispatch had cancelled the visit- all done without informing us or giving any updates. I took off from work an entire day and Verizon did not call, did not come as scheduled.
