GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Visa Extras customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Kim: They were unable to obtain my Visa Extra * information after expiration from their program. I received an item that had a problem and for the manufacturer to honor it I had to show proof of purchase. Visa Extra was unable to provide that. They kept referring me to my banking insitution who referred me back to Visa Extra. I was on the phone for * hours. I asked for the inforamtion from Visa Extra on how to file a grievance and I was told I could not send anything directly to Visa Extras. They are a financial inst & should be required to hold that information for a period of time. You may email me @ *****@***.com if you would like more information.

~Kim: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Kim: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Visa Extras's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Kim: For that I would say five out of five.

~Kim: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Visa Extras to know who you are.
