~NNOVOTNY: This program in general is poor. I used them for airfair and they messed up on the reservation confirmation. I was stuck with no way to get home. Finally bought tickets and am still waiting for the reimbursement. It also takes them over a month to ship items you redeem points for. Customer service could care less about any of your issues. I'm switching cards!

~NNOVOTNY: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Visa Extras's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~NNOVOTNY: For that I would say five out of five.
