~kelley: WORST SERVICE EVER! They only sent my cousin half a dozen balloons when a dozen were ordered. They were also half deflated. The "large" teddy bear that was sent was a super tiny bear with the gas station price tag still on it, holding an "I love you" heart when this item was specified for a baby's birthday. (clearly left over from valentines day...mind you it is now June) When I complained they went back and demanded ALL items back. They took the dirty, cheap teddy from my * year old cousin and complained that they didn't receive all the balloons (even though they only sent HALF of what was paid for) my cousin had to explain that it was originally half deflated and popped overnight. I was HUMILIATED! WORST SERVICE EVER!
