~My name is Brandon: Even though I asked for a supervisor first thing when my call was answered, I was actually somewhat pleased to have been swooned the way the representative I talked to honey dicked me. I definitely got my problem solved and without the actual need to escalate to someone whom had more control (i.g. supervisor) than a regular Support Employee.**It's definitely nice to be able to talk to and hear from a representative that knows what he's doing.
