~?: What a wonderful experience I had with the young woman who assisted me. She was knowledgeable and made my whole experience stress free. Maybe you should set up an off shoot of your company to train other companies on how to provide professional service on a timely and efficient manner. I wish I could call Maxtor for all my technical issues. This experience has truly made my day. Thank you, Mrs H. DeRienzo
