~Vernon Chandler: I have tried phoning yahoo customer service for three nights and have been on hold for *** minutes each night. I've yet to speak with any one in customer service. Also, I am phoning from Germany and have had to pay long distance charges for the ** hours of waiting time. Does anyone know of an e-mail address for contacting Yahoo? Write me back at *****@***.com. (My yahoo address is *****@***.com but I can't open my yahoo account from Germany.) Can anyone help me?

~Vernon Chandler: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Vernon Chandler: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Yahoo's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?

~Vernon Chandler: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Yahoo to know who you are.
