~mz_drama_fr33: The agent that helped me was patient and very understanding. He waited and helped me save stuff to email and SD card. All in all we were on the phone for almost two hours and not once did he complain. He made sure that everything was good and resolved before we got off the phone. A plus he actually spoke good english loud and clear.

~mz_drama_fr33: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
