GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Zynga customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~snowcherry: Your representative was too sweet for me to say what I needed to say on the phone. I do customer service for a living, and I understand that she is not to blame for this. Apparently your chat is only "available when it is available" which is abhorrent customer service. To me, chat is preferable as it allows me to document the conversation by default. Obviously Zynga takes no responsibility for their own faults so I must have lots of ammo if I plan to complain. I have been a loyal customer, which I assume must be rare considering your product is like fairy dust, for nearly * years now. I am done. I need to chat with a human, ONLINE, as my Farmville addiction is not worth continuing allowing Zynga to scam me, nor is it worth taking out my frustration on the phone on a live person (I do both phone and email support for a large and much more reputable company and email*chat support is much less damaging than phone support, I assure you). If I do not get a satisfactory answer from Zynga

~snowcherry: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Zynga's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~snowcherry: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Zynga customers?
~snowcherry: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Zynga to know who you are.
