~Sara: so i had a complaint about something, and my mom had the same complaint, when i went on to see if i could get my fv cash refunded, they said YES no problem, it wasnt even an issue...so i got on my moms computer and went back on the live chat support, and told them the same EXACT thing i had told the first zynga idiot...and the *nd operator would not refund my moms cash, they actually said it was against zynga policy, which was clearly a lie...why in the heck would that first operator put their job on the line for a few fv cash.. i think zynga ***** and im seriously thinking about blocking fv

~Sara: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Sara: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Zynga's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Sara: For that I would say one out of five.
