~chris6805: Can't seem to get anyone to say they have the power to settle the case and keep getting out of office voice mails. IN addition the numbers to call in the email from Ms. Youman were out of service. Finally got a rep after sitting for an hour on the phone and going thru different dept to get to the right dept and still just got voicemail for the rep, her boss and her boss. Keep gettting dates that I will receive information but to date none of the dates have been kept.
