~jjm: tried to reach a claims adjuster for whom I have no extension number. the automatic system could neither connect me with the adjuster or give me the adjusters's contact info. I got customer service, and they couldn't make it work either. Customer service had no contact number for the claims department or directory of anyone in the claims department. This is the poorest customer service department I've think I've ever encountered. I was put on hold by the customer service person for ** minutes the first time. I'm still on hold and into this call ** minutes.
